Sometimes it happens that your social media profile has been disconnected and showing the notification to Reconnect because the token has expired. There are many reasons behind this.
One of the common reasons is when you change your password your access token is expired. Social Networking website like Facebook, allows us to share content on your account for 60 days. After that, you again need to reconnect your account to avoid this error.
Follow below steps to reconnect your account:
1. Click on Manage Accounts from SocialPilot Dashboard left sidebar.
2. Select the account you want to reconnect and Click on Reconnect button.
3. That should take you to the social media website to reconfirm the password. Once you’ve done this, you’re all set.
